The Board of Directors meets the first Thursday of the month at 5 p.m. in the Edward J. Bacciocco Auditorium located on the second floor at its administrative offices, 1250 San Carlos Ave. in San Carlos. The office is located two blocks west of the San Carlos Caltrain Station.

Citizens Advisory Committee
The Citizens Advisory Committee is comprised of 15 representatives from various segments of the community and acts in an advisory capacity to the Transportation Authority Board. Responsibilities include providing input on current and potential transit issues.

The CAC meets on the first Tuesday preceding the first Thursday of the month at 4:30 p.m. in the Edward J. Bacciocco Auditorium located on the second floor at the TA's administrative offices, 1250 San Carlos Ave. in San Carlos. The office is located two blocks west of the San Carlos Caltrain Station.
