Effective July 9, 2018, Contracts and Procurement now has a new online procurement system and portal to allow Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers (Vendors) to view solicitations, submit bids, proposals, associated documents, and ask questions.
Vendors are encouraged to register as soon as possible at the new portal in order to receive notification of current and upcoming contracting opportunities.

After registering, make sure to add applicable ‘North American Industry Classification System’ (NAICS) codes to your company profile settings. Items for Auction
The District periodically arranges for auction of its surplus items. The auctions are held either off site by the District’s contracted auctioneer, Bar None Enterprises of Sacramento, or listed on PublicSurplus.com.
Items up for auction can include:
- Paratransit vans
- Non-revenue vehicles
- Maintenance equipment
- Office equipment and supplies
- Office furniture
- Computers, cell phones and other electronic equipment
- Lost and found items
